To shop at Summer Addicts you have to be at least 18 years old. You need to have a valid credit card, debit card or paypal. By placing an order you assure that all the details you provide are truthful and correct. You are responsible that the order you have placed is correct in terms of chosen product, size, quantity, colour and so on.
Sometimes an item will be out of stock but we are in the process of reordering it from our supplier. Then a label “back in stock soon" will appear. We don’t guarantee 100% that it will be back in stock since the supplier can be out of stock suddenly but we will try our best. If in case you wish to be notified when the item is back in stock there will be an option of us emailing you to notify you when it’s back in stock. We can’t guarantee though that it’s still available when you try to buy it since it might be a popular item. We will do our best though to help you get the desired item.
All prices of the items are in euro and include VAT. The prices do not include shipping fees.
On Summer Addicts there will be an option of paying with credit or debit card or with Paypal. Within Greece we also have the option of "Cash On Delivery", there will be a small extra fee for this option.
We ship worldwide
Shipping in Greece is done by Courier Centre at a cost of 5€. On orders over 100€ it’s free delivery. Estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days.
Shipping whitin EU has a fee of 12 €. Free delivery on orders over 250 €. Estimated delivery time is 3-7 working days.
The rest of the world has a shipping cost of 40 € and estimated delivery time is 5-15 working days.
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and do not take into account possible delays caused by external factors beyond our control. Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes.
Please note that delivery outside of the EU may be subject to local import taxes and duties which are the customers responsibility.
We will deliver your order to the address you provide us with for delivery at the time you finalise your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address you provided us with is correct and that you will be at the delivery point in order to sign for and receive your order.
You can return any item you are not completely satisfied with within 14 days of receiving it. It has to be returned in original condition with all tags intact and all original packaging (like for example the shoe box the shoes come with) in perfect condition. We will not accept any items that are damaged or soiled by the customer.
You can return by courier or normal post. We recommend that you use registered post to ensure that the delivery reaches us. The item is your responsibility until we have received it. If you want to exchange something for another size or colour first email us on customercare@summeraddicts.com to check availability. The cost of the return is your responsibility. Email us on customercare@summeraddicts.com for further instructions and any questions you have! For hygiene reasons, we only offer refunds for swimwear if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
If the item you have received is faulty contact us on customercare@summeraddicts.com so we can advise you on what to do. The return of the faulty item is paid by us. Note that we always check the items before we send them to make sure they are in perfect condition.
